The President will make his/her decision, and the Dean of Community Services will be no notified.
The Dean of Community Services will notify the sponsoring organization or group that their request has been approved.
The Dean of Community Services will then give the beer and wine use form and the completed one-day permit application to the Manager of Food Services.

At all events food of some kind and nonalcoholic beverages must be available.
No one will be allowed to leave the building with any unconsumed beer or wine in his/her possession.
