Calendar of Community Events

II. Objective of Regulation

In order to assist community groups in the coordinated scheduling of community events and in order to render an information service to the public, Brookdale Community College will develop a Calendar of Community Events.

III. Authority

Bylaws of the Board of Trustees, Section 1.3034(h)

IV. Regulation Statement

Responsibility for the development of the Calendar of Community Events will rest with the Office of Community Services. Items to be included on the Calendar of Community events will be:

A. Community Services activities and programs;

B. Campus events which are open to the public;

C. Community events.

The Office of Community Services and the Office of Information Services will maintain liaison to ensure that all items posted are in keeping with this Regulation.
