Applications and Accounts

BoardMax® is a web-based tool that provides a centralized environment for all board-related information. Meeting materials and information, organizational documentation, task assignments, and member records are logically organized and available 24/7 to board, committee, and staff members.

Office 365 ® is Microsoft’s hosted productivity suite of applications. As a Brookdale Board Member, you have a Brookdale Office 365 Account which includes your Brookdale Email, access to the web and mobile versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, as well as OneDrive for Business cloud file storage. With Office 365, you can work from anywhere, on any device and collaborate and share documents. For information on accessing and using your Brookdale Office 365 account and Brookdale email, refer to the Office 365 link under the Support section.

NetID is a web-based Password Management tool for looking up your Brookdale NetID account information and managing your password. Your NetID username and password are used to access your Brookdale Office 365 Account, Email, and the Brookdale Wireless Network. You can access NetID from the MyBrookdale QuickLaunch menu. For information on using NetID, refer to the NetID Account link under the Support section.

Devices and Network Resources

iPads

All Brookdale Board members receive an iPad. The iPad is preconfigured to the Brookdale wireless network and includes all necessary applications.

Wireless Access

All Brookdale Board members can access Brookdale’s secure wireless network while on any Brookdale campus location. Use your Brookdale NetID username and password to gain access to the “Brookdale Secure” network. Refer to the Wireless Access link under the Support section for instructions on connecting mobile and wireless devices to the Brookdale Wireless network.

NetID AccountLook-up your account information, change/reset your password.
