II. Objective of Regulation

To provide a central “data bank” and “statistical clearinghouse” for research and information purposes.

III. Authority

Bylaws of the Board of Trustees, Section 1.3034(h)

IV. Regulation Statement

An Official College Report is any statistical report that has been verified by the appropriate College officer and released for circulation either within the institution or to other institutions or agencies. The originator of any Official College Report will provide one copy of such report to the Office of College Relations and one copy to the Office of Planning, Assessment and Research.
