Initiating a Complaint
All persons have the right and are encouraged to report immediately regarding suspected violations of the College’s Nondiscrimination Policy to the Manager – Diversity, Inclusion, and Compliance/Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Officer/Title IX Coordinator (732-224-2695) in the Human Resources Office located on the first floor of the Brookdale Administrative Center (BAC).
Additionally, complaints may be reported to the Vice President, Student Success (732-224-2215), who is the Section 504/ADA Coordinator and Title IX Coordinator for student matters. The Vice President’s office is located in the Main Academic Complex (MAC). Complaints may also be reported to the Associate Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Safety (732-224-2234), who is the Section 504/ADA Coordinator and Title IX Coordinator for employment matters. All reported complaints will be referred to the Manager – Diversity, Inclusion & Compliance for the investigatory phase of the process.
